The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. My 4:30 am shuttle never showed, and the driver drove right by 3 of us standing out front. I ended up depending on a neighboring hotel shuttle at 5 am. The grounds across the street are sadly lined with trash. I didn’t feel safe walking my puppy over there.

This is a nice option if you don’t live in Denver and have an early morning flight. We live over 2.5hrs from the airport, so we choose to stay near DIA when we have early morning flights, and Avid is a great choice. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, Shuttle to the airport…

Pictures look decent, but kind of disappointed with the fact that paid close to 250$ per night just to find dirty towels! Limited amenities,” breakfast” included, 😂joke of a breakfast! I get it its near airport but people stay here simply due to flight cancellations or some other airline crap, so for that price i was expecting much more would not stay again….as simple as that…

We stayed here before an early morning flight. After reading the bad reviews about the free airport shuttle before we booked we decided to take a chance. Well, the reviews were correct. The shuttle was fully booked and we had to order an uber. That is very disappointing because that was a major part of why we booked here. Upon our return the shuttle took over 30 minutea to pick us up.

I talked to the front desk clerk 3 times about shuttle service to the airport. We were told to just show up. When were leaving the shuttle driver said we needed to schedule an appointment. The next available shuttle was 2 1/2 hours.

A surprise $10.00 "self" parking charge is a bit irritating for what is an average to below average hotel.
