Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Great location, close to airports and shopping. Clean room, attentive staff.

Booked this property to attend a wedding in El Paso based on prior good reviews and convenience/access to the air port with a free shuttle. I typically am gracious with reviews (especially post-Covid) but several things were just not up to standard and necessitated a negative review: Biggest concern: a man was loudly cursing, making threats and slamming doors outside our room all night the first night. We alerted the staff and asked if we could switch rooms but were told the hotel was over-booked. They said the room was booked by the natl guard and they reported the issue, but the same thing happened our second night. Other concerns: - We were assured that the airport shuttle was 24/7. We arrived at about 11 pm and immediately called the hotel to request the shuttle upon landing. We were told it would be in front of the terminal in 15 mins. 30 mins later we call again and are told (by a different employee) the driver had a medical emergency. I understand these things come up and I don't fault them for that, but the lack of communication up front wasted out time. - Because there was no shuttle, we had to take a taxi for $20 (w/ tip). We asked about being reimbursed but were told a manager needed to approve. No manager was ever available and when we called the hotel after leaving, we were told we needed a receipt. Cab did not offer one as an option. - Curtains and chair in the room had huge stains Positives: - Shuttle was available next morning - Good breakfast - Location

Dirty, no parking, ugliest rooms. Dont recommend staying there.

I like that the room doors are inside the building, adds to security for me. Only complaint was along the back of the building was a large tip-I'm sure for a reno project or something, but it made parking a little more difficult

I enjoyed that the shopping mall was by the hotel and also easy parking staff was pleasant to talk with even though the patio close that 10 we still enjoyed ourselves the rooms do need to be updated

Friendly staff, came to get me at airport even though I get in pretty late. Good experience overall!

The property is old, smells bad, everything in the rooms and interior hallways looks dingy and worn out. The bathroom towels were unusable because they smelled rancid. Homeless living in the parking lot. Outrageous price for what this property is, and is not. The only two positives are easy access to the interstate and a Starbucks right next to the hotel; not enough reason to recommend!

Mariana and Lydia at the front desk are jewels. They were very helpful when Travelocity gave them an invalid card to charge the room. They stayed on hold with Travelocity until the situation was resolved. Upon checking out, the airport shuttle driver was nowhere to be found and I was forced to overpay a taxi driver to make my flight on time. Not happy.

The guy that picked me up was very nice and so were all of the employees! It was great to have shuttle service from the airport. Nice that there is a bar on property and I was given a Free drink card when I checked in which was sweet!

This hotel is being renovated. Public areas are nice. Rooms were very clean but plain. Free airport shuttle was awesome.
