It was ok for our needs (convenient location), however they did not mention that they charge parking lot and they told me when I checked out (the lady at the lobby removed the charge because they did not tell me when I checked in)
Another issue is that they did not ask if we wanted housekeeping or at least clean towels for the 2nd day, they just did not clean the room at all
Overall it was ok, but it could have been even better

The hotel was beautiful! Clean,new amenities, including a full service gym. We really loved the bed! It was so comfortable like a warm hug after a crazy travel day. Our flight was delayed numerous times, so we didn’t get to the hotel until almost midnight. The staff checked us in quickly. Then once we finally hit that comfortable bed, we decided this was one of our favorite hotels! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and the room was spacious and pleasant, and the bathroom was large and well set up. It’s convenient to the airport and the freeway without having a lot of noise from either one. The staff was friendly and cheerful, and the breakfast was good. All together, this was a very good experience.

Comfortable bed. Hotel is walkable to some restaurants and fast food. Even though it is close to the airport, never heard any airplanes from inside the hotel.

This hotel is super clean and organized. The front staff was friendly and the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus and so convenient! Definitely recommend to stay at Marriott properties. They are the best!

Pay for the parking is nonsense, this is the only hotel that charges parking in the entire city of el paso

This would have been a five star review had it not been for one major design flaw with the room.
Good points of hotel:
Great location one mile from the El Paso Airport.
Friendly staff that arranged an early morning taxi ride to the airport.
Comfortable furnishings in room including a comfortable bed.
Major flaw: The a/c unit is positioned such that cold air blows directly on the bed. Who wants that? Not me. I finally had to resort to draping a towel over the a/c in order to redirect the cold air so that it didn't blow onto the bed.

Just a mile from the airport, The Spring Hill Suites by Marriott/Airport is a great hotel for a quick business trip! The property is located just over a mile from the airport. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. My room was modern and roomy. Strangely, I found the shower pressure to be the best part of my stay. It was VERY relaxing! My only complaint is that someone outside of the property kept speaking on what sounded like a megaphone every few minutes. I came close to requesting to change my room and then it stopped. The next morning, it started again. Overall, this was a good stay!
