Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

Convenient acess to airport, shopping, dining, and traveling.

This is a nice hotel and high is kind of set up as individual apartments. The parking was a little tough but the room was clean and the area is convenient for getting food and other necessities. Eric who checked us in was really nice and helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Close to airport and quiet

Each ynit is like a small apartment. Has a full stove, fridge and microwave. Clean, spacious, offers breakfast. Close to the airport. Great deal. Will stay again.

This is a great place to stay that is close to the airport.

Very comfortable and convenient! For my families one day trip, we were able to be comfortable and feel like we were home. Chase Hotel is very affordable, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made transportation very convenient and easy! Also, the travel time for the shuttle to Airport and vice versa is less 10 minutes.

I like the shuttle services back and forth to nearby shopping facilities. I didn't like the renovation that was going on because I was not able to enjoy the amenities available. The breakfast was ok but not great.

We usually stay at Embassy suites but they were booked so this was our next option. The bedroom door does not lock so no privacy. The ac did not cool, room temp was at 77 all night. Had to park at the back parking due to no space. Was charged $250 deposit????Hilton charges $50 deposit and better rooms. Came to school shop for school clothes and was left with $250 less. Ridiculous

After the great experience with Chase Suites on my last visit to El Paso, I chose them for my stay last week, and it was absolutely the right decision. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the airport and is convenient to lots of food options. The full kitchen made it ideal for a week-long stay, and the room layout made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel, making it a more comfortable stay. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk staff to the staff working the morning breakfast, were perhaps some of the most personable and friendly of any hotel I have stayed at in recent memory. I was also impressed by the front desk employee (I believe his name was Jon) I encountered at check-in. My flight arrived a bit early, and I called from the airport to inquire about early check-in. On the phone, he informed me my room wasn't ready yet, but that I was more than welcome to hang out in the breakfast/lobby area in the interim, but by the time I arrived, he not only remembered my name from the phone call but had been able to get my room ready and checked me in without any wait. That level of personalization and service is what sets Chase Suites apart. If I have any critical feedback, it is only that the pillows on the bed were a bit "flat" for my taste, but that's a personal preference and a minor item. I would absolutely recommend Chase Suites.

Great place to stay. Close to airport and the kids love the pool.
