This is the second time give stayed here at this hotel and it’s by far the best experience and quality for your money that you can buy. The staff is very attentive and the shuttle service to and from the airport and surrounding close areas saves you a lot of money from using Uber/Lyft. I stayed with my daughter and we swam in the pool and had a chance to relax in the hot tub. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely top notch with quality cooking and not just microwaveable garbage and do it yourself cereal that I have seen in other hotels. Highly recommend if you have a family well worth it!

I love the airport transit. It was smooth and easy. Hawthorn's staff helped to unload my luggages. You can request anytime that you need. I went to the airport at 4am in the morning.

Long flight and once in the hotel the toilet had pee spots on the toilet seat and the rim.
Was there 3 nights and they only cleaned and made the bed once.
Every time I went out I had to have the key redone because it would stop working.
Bed was very soft.
The last morning there I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom wall.

Plenty of choices to eat at close to hotel, and the staff was great. Accessibility to the hotel is good, plenty of parking.
