Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

Short staffed and rude also did not provide shuttle

Prior to booking, I called the hotel and Asked about the procedure for airport pick up. I was informed to call the hotel when my plane landed and they would come pick me up. I was also told pick up is 24/7. This is not what happened. My plane landed at 11:30 pm. I called the comfort Inn and suites at the El Paso airport and no one answered the phone. I called Hotels.com and they could not get a hold of the hotel nor could they do anything for me. Everything turned out OK because I did have my car at the airport, airport staff made sure I got to my car safely, and I could drive myself to the hotel. When I got to the hotel lobby it was empty and I had to call out for assistance. I had chosen to spend the money for a hotel with airport pick up so that I, as a single woman, did not have to go to the empty long term parking lot at the El Paso airport in the middle of the night by myself to pick up my car. My story could’ve ended very differently if I didn’t have my car at the airport, if airport staff had not waited for me to get to my car, or I had young children with me. I felt stranded, helpless, and frustrated. I will not book this hotel again, nor will I use Hotel.com.

Close to the airport

Very clean and comfortable place to sleep… was there only one night, but it was quiet for an airport hotel. Not a lot around in walking distance (food wise) but would be perfect if you had transportation. Room service was made available online but nothing I was interested in.

We did have to wait at check around 30 minutes, the only person working was also the shuttle driver and there was noone to check in as we arrived. Once the attendant returned it was fine.

Clean, comfortable. Close to airport valet parking/shuttle service.

Super close the airport and clean

need additional employees. We had to wait for everything. Front desk employee was the same person driving the shuttle bus so every guest had to wait to be attended until the receptionist/shuttle bus driver was back behind the desk.

Front desk guy was very helpful and the am person who drive me to the airport was bright cheerful and pleasant.
