Close to the airport in El Paso. However, shuttle does not run 24 hours per day.

Convenient access to I 10, airport, shopping. Breakfast could be improved (sandwiches bland, coffee watery). Great customer service, clean rooms, good security. No in-room safe. Will stay here in the future.

Clean, staff were kind and efficient. Comfy bed! They had a shuttle to the airport which also would take you to nearby restaurants.

Great stay although was a little disappointed that as a Diamond member I did not get any acknowledgment of the status. I asked about the to-go breakfast that is normally available to diamond members and since it was 30 mins passed the cut off I was told “you’re too late, breakfast is only served until 1030”. Being unfamiliar with the area, it would have helped to have a snack available after having arrived at 1am due to flight delays the day before.

Very limited parking and we were told to park in handicapped parking as the lot was completely full.

Loved it here. Clean, large room with good kitchen facilities (dishwasher, paper towel, large fridge etc). Plenty of bench space and a desk. The room was spotless, like really clean. The rooms are modern and we loved the modern shower with quality soap and shampoo dispenser. Good security and even though it's near the airport we didn't hear any aircraft noise. The rooms were well sound proofed. Elevator so you don't have to carry your 40kg suitcase up stairs ... that's always a plus. Wished all hotels we've visited on our road trip were like this. Good price too. We had a Queen suite. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

The service was ok, several people that worked there were rude during check in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was hard to get in and out of but close to the airport.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one left an impression. We got in around 9PM, and every single parking spot was taken in the lot, finally we found a spot where someone was pulling out. We planned to grab dinner, but ended up getting hot pockets instead (at the lobby) because we figured we’d be left without a spot overnight, and this is not an area you can just park anywhere. We booked two double beds. There were lots of hairs on the bed and a few in another. There were enough hair to where we had the sheets changed, after we had checked in (let’s just say it was a redhead, and we weren’t sure they sheets had been changed). The person brought one bed change and when we asked for another, he just said he brought only one instead of getting more sheets to change the other bed as well. We tried to sleep only in one bed (2 adults and 2 kids), but we couldn’t do it. No one was getting any sleep so one of us had to sleep with a kid on the other bed that wasn’t changed. I also felt the floors were somewhat dirty, and the chair was stained. Also, the toilet seat came off when I lifted it up, and the cover on the shower gel came off when I used it. We managed to put them back together, but we shouldn’t have to do this. Staff was polite, but we will not be back.

Overall it is a decent place to stay. There was no shower gel in the shower, and the beds aren’t very comfortable, but other than that, it is a decent place to stay. I do wish there was more available parking for trucks.
