Everything was very clean. The two pools (inside and out) were well maintained. There is an airport shuttle, but I just walked. It took 10 minutes and there was a sidewalk the whole way.

My rating would have been higher if this had been listed as a 2.5 star hotel, but it did not seem like a 3.5 star hotel. Pros - by the airport - ample free parking - 12pm check out - comfortable bed Cons - room felt old, toilet barely flushed - nowhere to plug devices - zero flexibility for late check out even for a fee (besides paying another night) - if you have a room near the pool there will be kids shrieking all morning, no sound dampening at all.

Our stay was wonderful! Hotel is literally next to the airport, surrounded by restaurants. The front desk staff was very professional & helpful. Showed us our room & suggested the best entrance to use as far as parking. The only “con” I had was when we returned back to our room on Saturday night, our door was left open by the cleaning staff. Besides that, everything was perfect. 9.5/10, will DEFINITELY be returning.

One night to make an early flight out of El Paso. Everything was good, a little slow on the Airport pick-up considering how close the hotel is, but still a good stay

The hotel overall was great, the only problem was we had an early flight and some drunk guest decided to hang out by our window. We weren't sure if we could actually report it because it wasn't past 10p.m . Our shuttle driver was very kind and helped load our luggage. I suggest you tip people like this . It's rare when you encounter kind people these days.
