The hotel is nice but it has horrible service. Felt I was bothering them when I was checking in. When I asked them about parking they seemed confused. Would not be surprised if the person checking us in was under the influence of something. Finally when we asked for some half and half for the room they gave only one per person!

It’s close to Cielo vista Mall and the Fountains at Farrah shopping. Lots of great restaurants around and easy access to the airport and I-20. The hotel has an awesome indoor/outdoor pool, restaurant and bar.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Nice pool and exercise room. Very close to restaurants and airport. I will definitely be back.

Hotel its self is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bar is great. The area is busy and noisy because of the airport but there’s not much that can be done about that.

Everything is fine, but if you arrive late you have to be looking around for a parking spot--and the two times I got there I have to walk a relatively long way to get to the lobby,.

We travel quite often. We just needed a place to stay for a couple nights that wasn’t too expensive and included a pool. The staff was great, rooms were nice. The air conditioning was nice and cold and beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the towels in our room were dirty, which was gross, and the pool was warm.

Our checkin was flawless and quick. The desk staff was very professional and extremely helpful and patient. Brianna went above and beyond to accommodate us and made the travel experience less stressful.
