We stayed here a few years ago & really liked! Today we were surprised with the shabby unchic carpets in hallway & dirty carpet in unit! The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The front desk staff & the shuttle drivers went out of way to be helpful!!! Kindness goes miles further than a shabby rug!!! Thank you!!

The location was good, but when I entered my room, my sheets were dirty and visibly stained. I called the front desk and at first they told me unfortunately they could not do anything about it. After asking to speak to a manager, they finally moved me into another room. That was not a good experience at all especially after a very long day of traveling.

The Holiday Inn Express is a new hotel in an area where there is some construction in progress. A little hard to find but once found it was convenient. The breakfast was very good (I am a big breakfast person). The people at the desk were helpful in directing me to the places I needed to drive to. It is near the airport and shopping (Office Depot, Walmart, other shops and stores). Access to Interstate Highway 10 was very good, I was on the road around El Paso much of the time on I-10. There were other restaurants nearby too. I think it was a good place to stay.

Brand new hotel. Only open since Nov. Very nice, clean. Helpful staff. Remember it is close to the airport so you will have traffic around you. New construction currently going on next door. Close to virtually everything you need but you will have to drive. Not really a place where you would walk alot. We would stay there again.

You need to update your description on your information page. This place does NOT have a restaurant nor is there one within walking distance. I needed an airport shuttle but it was not available. The van was sitting outside but no one to drive it! I ended up having to download UBER and reserve thru them to get to the airport.

We loved the room and the breakfast was nice. The check-in process was slow because the printer jammed and was out of toner, but certainly not a regular issue. The other unique thing is the one way street/frontage road the hotel is located on. My GPS told me to get off on an exit that would have required me to cross three lanes of traffic immediately to get into the parking lot. If you have never driven around El Paso, be careful about unique traffic patterns.
