Comfort Suites

We travel a family of four .. i like the room the breakfast was delicious .. the pool was small but good . The AC was great very cold for hot weather there .

Hotel desperately needs repairs. The pullout bed was terribly uncomfortable. They were not able to provide us with sheets that fit. The regular beds were fairly comfortable. The toilet did not flush, The TV remote was broken, so the TV was unusable, The phone was broken, so I had to use my cell phone to call and request sheets which they were not able to accommodate due, not having them or housekeeping issues. They brought us king-size sheets for the twin bed however, the bed was not more than springs and a broken down mattress. The customer service people who were working were very nice and tried their best but couldn’t do much about the quality of the hotel and all of the broken down issues. They were grossly understaffed. There were lights flickering in the community bathroom, things were broken. There was only one lightbulb screwed in. The hotel owner really needs to make some investments in the property. Otherwise, this hotel should not be operating especially because the cost was comparable to other hotels around, which were much newer cleaner and well staffed. We will be traveling again to Clovis this weekend, but staying in a different hotel.

We were traveling into Clovis for a last minute trip to see family. The nightly prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was great and the staff members were very friendly. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a very nice experience there. Will definitely book again.

I did not feel safe parking my car in the parking area. Not the cleanest place I've stayed in. Will not stay here again.

Very nice property and staff. I wonder if smaller rooms would reduce your staff work hours. As a single traveler the room was to big by 50 percent.

Hotel needs updating. Very convenient to Fresno airport and staff excellent and very. Very kind!!!!

Needs more parking,

Room was spacious especially traveling with a 15 month old that needs room to run around in. Breakfast was a hit and staff was super friendly.

I was traveling and needed a place closer to Sequoia National Park. Furniture (couch and chair) were worn. The bed was comfortable, though. The smoke detector beeped multiple times because the batteries were low. The staff was nice and assisted quickly when the room keys did not work.

Staff here is very professional and offers great customer service. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Stay here when traveling to Clovis!
