Home2 Suites by Hilton Clovis Fresno Airport

When I showed up for my reservation we were a day late for our 2 night stay. We had our flights cancelled the day before, then delayed the day we arrived, and we got in at 11:30pm- exhausted. The front desk clerk said that he couldn't check us in under our Hotels.com reservation because the computer system wouldn't let him, so he told us the only way we could get into our rooms was to pay him with a credit card, then he'd reimburse us the next day. We needed to get the kids to bed, so I said fine. The next day the manager said he couldn't refund our money and that we'd have to take it up with Hotels.com. We found out later that Hotels.com can only reimburse if the hotel agrees- and Clovis Fresno said NO! They said they were keeping the $607 they charged us for the 2 nights stay through Hotels.com and the $407 they charged us the night we arrived in order to get into our rooms. When I called to speak to a manager he said "too bad". These people should not be in business! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good place to stay close to airport

Hotel was great. Easy check in and check out. Loved the full kitchen in the room and breakfast provided. Convenient for me traveling with a pet. Only issue was one night the room was filled with a smell almost all through the night that smelled like kitchen grease or something that was being burned or cooking. My room was close to the lobby so not sure if the kitchen they use was being degreased or deep cleaned that night but the smell was so strong it was hard to sleep. Other than that everything was perfect.

Arrived several hours after check-in, still had to wait 30 minutes for room to be cleaned. Promised 24 hour hot coffee-it was cold at 5:00 am. Disappointing as we were leaving for an early flight.

The road closure made getting to the hotel slightly confusing since I had to drive thrive the parking lot of another hotel, but we figured it out.

Inconvenience to get to the property because the property is between Homewood Suite and Residence Inn. Had to drive through their parking lot to Home 2 Suites .

Great stay, easy . Close to airport

Top notch. Thought the property is new, but it's actually 3 years old. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was nice.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as expected. Ample parking and close to the airport.

Clean and comfortable room and facilities. Self parking, WIFI, and breakfast included.
