It was nice to have free airport shuttle running every 30 min. Also, it’s convenient to walk next door to Bass Pro Shop & have dinner at Islamorada Fish Co. Hotel is nice & we felt safe. The ladies in the cafe were working as hard as they could, but we waited in line to order breakfast about 15 min. However, we didn’t have hot water the night we stayed. Front desk reported whole floor was out of hot water, but they could send someone to room to show us how to get hot water???? When we called back to front desk, they then said there had been a problem in boiler room that was being taking care of. Problem was resolved by the next morning. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. It would be perfect if a continental breakfast was offered.

The breakfast isn’t worth it even if it’s free with your stay. Charging for parking on a property they have for themselves is ridiculous.

Airport shuttle service was excellent as were staff interactions. I would have liked a full service restaurant but was ok with the food available.

Check in was so great, front desk staff always pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds and shuttle pick up and drop off from Airport was seemless. Would recommend

Room was not ready when we arrived. Very limited dining options. Shuttle never arrived at airport, so after an hour we got a taxi. We are glad we were not in a hurry today but def not smooth.
