Hotel Dello Ft Lauderdale Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The lobby had a weird odor, I had to park in a parking garage half block away that was confusing because there were signs than said no parking overnight. Also there are homeless folks living in the parking garage so I felt a bit uncomfortable as they stared at me as I left the car for the hotel. Also my a/c didn’t work in the room. The overnight guest services guy was great though, he gave me a new room without a problem.

The Hotel Dello was very convenient to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. We arrived in the evening for an overnight stay. The transport picked us up at the airport. The desk staff was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious light dinner and glass of wine in the dining/bar area. The only thing that I noted was that a ventilation fan/motor (not our room ac) came on with a whine and vibration every 15 min or so all night which was a bit annoying.

I booked room b/c of the 24hr airport shuttle and close to airport. After got to to hotel, found out they “changed” shuttle policy and now it is no longer 24hr. Due to early AM flight, had to have van driver take me back to hotel and sleep in airport….adding insult to injury, was still charged for a the room the next day….hopefully will get refund from hotels.com….very frustrating…..

Free parking, wonderful spacious and clean rooms in a great location.

Between cruise and return flight home. We were grateful to get into the room early with our luggage. Walkable dinner options and beautiful pool area.

I had to change rooms when i checked in on 7/11/2024 because of elevator noise. I heard the supervisor on duty that afternoon telling another staff member that she was not going to change my room anymore after this and she wasn't going to give me any further options. I approached her on her unprofessional comments and conduct and she quickly gave me another room option to look at. Propety was okay and in a great location near FLL airport but I will not be staying at this property again, thanks to the negative attitude of the supervisor who was caught being obnoxious to me as a guest. Train your staff and your managers. That unprofessional behaviour is not in keeping with the Hilton standard. Good by and good riddance!!

The shuttle was so convenient and the hotel was perfect for our two nights stay. Very quiet and super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here, I was on a solo trip I’m in my late 50s and I called to request the top floor. They took care of it. The place is amazing. The 24 hour shuttle helped me so much. My favorite guy was the night time guy from St Keitt Nahjeem. My stay was amazing, the pool was amazing, room amazing… however due to my schedule with a conference I attended we got out so late. Parking is horrible I had to park on the second floor of the public parking garage. No one around no one escorting me and homeless men sleeping on the bench outside between the buildings… yeah I felt unsafe and stressed out. I had to call my daughter wake her up over 800 miles away to walk with me like she could do anything. They really need to be a little more cautious or have someone walk with you for safety… that’s it still a a rated place.

Overall was good and convenient, close to the airport too.

Great location to stay if you are needing to be close to airport. The free shuttle was on time and ran as advertised!
