The check in was very efficient. Eduardo is amazing..he helped me with securing the shuttle service to and from the cruise port. The location enables one to walk to necessities in the area.

Too many "hidden" fees. We were dealing with hurricane evacuation, a long drive for safety, and the need for "no" power outage (wife works remote). Our bill was significantly above the quote, after parking, valet, fees, resort fees, and taxes.
Just what we needed - more stress added to our plates.

This was the perfect hotel to be close to the airport. It was a good price, easy to schedule the airport transportation and overall clean.

My stay here was awesome .. quiet, all friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, early checkin was a breeze there was a $50 fee to check in at noon but the morning I had with FLL airport it was worth the lessening of my stress. This Tru was truly a chill experience for my wife and I.

Was convenient as it’s 6 minutes by Uber to the airport. Staff was great. The room basic worn but the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. No frills somewhat clean in the rooms and you will have to wear slippers to walk on the carpet.

Only stayed one night becauae its 6 min from the airport. The valet guy was rude and miserable. There is no parking, so you have no choice but to find parking on the other side of the streer and walk or pay $15 for valet parking. Front desk was courteous. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were not good.
