No housekeeping for 2 night stay completely unacceptable and won’t stay here again. Says on hotel.com daily housekeeping. Caught tone from receptionist when pointed it out. Said, “I don’t know must be old.” I stay in hotels for the housekeeping on my trips. I travel all over the world and have never heard of any hotel with this policy.

They need to have a separate entrance for people that already have a reservation and people who are making reservations. We had to wait a good 30 minutes for tons of people to make reservations because their flights got cancelled. I wasn’t very happy

Great area for guests from out of town. I needed this room for my family members that were coming in late at night… unfortunately their flight was canceled so we didn’t use the room but it was very clean and exactly as described.

Walking distance to Gulf Coast Town Center (shopping and restaurants galore) was pleasant surprise! Room was clean, plenty of towels with a sitting area and convenient to the airport. Outdoor pool, peaceful courtyard area and a seated fire pit section all available for enjoyment as well. Bar, restaurant and cook to order breakfast (w/surcharge) available, including 24 snack bar. We found this hotel had so much to offer and look forward to returning!

Close to the airport with complimentary shuttle, which was great. Very clean room, nice outdoor pool. Staff very accomodating. Shops and eateries within walking distance. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee/tea instead of Starbucks.

Staff were fantastic-friendly and helpful. Bistro had a great cook. Things were clean. Great location with things to do and good proximity to airport. We would definitely come back and recommend.

We were in town to move our college daughter. The hotel is located in a popular mall with many restaurants and shops just across the parking lot. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet.
