However, reviews also highlight some inconsistencies. Some guests experienced issues with cleanliness, functioning amenities (such as air conditioning and toilet flushing), and parking availability. The overall stay was awesome. Its always my go to hotel everytime we come visit the area, the staff was friendly, parking is close but this room I was in this time the toilet wasnt flushing properly, everytime I turn the light off the charging plugs on the bedside won't stay on, and the floor/carpet was a bit sticky. Other than those minor things it still worth the stay and definitely coming back again.

I didn't like the fact checking in wasn't in the same building as the Hotel.I feel bad for the elders traveling due to parking and lots of walking then once you get settle what energy you have left to enjoy the other amenitites.Nothing wasn't explain about eating in the area.I had to travel 30 miles from the facility to eat.No one explained about the anything as far as eating their on they property. i will not be coming back there again. i did enjoyed the lazy pool it was nice.

This place was very nice. The room was big and comfy but the bathtub had a ring around it, the sheats and bath towels were dirty and the place was like a ghost town. I think i was the only person staying there because I was the only car in the parking lot and i saw NO OTHER guest. Very spooky, so left to stay with family and picked my things up from the hotel the next day. Other than that its a beautiful place.

We travel to Biloxi at least once a year and always choose to stay at Oasis. We love the family-friendly atmosphere. Only complaint is they could always use more bartenders at the pool. We wanted to order food but had to go inside because the bar was so backed up.

The room that was initially booked, which was a Kids Suite, was not given. The morning of travel I was called and told I could not have that room and the only available was a double queen. The only compensation they offered was $32. The air conditioner in the hotel did not work and it was extremely hot. The food and drinks are priced out of quality range and therefore a waste. The staff was friendly when serving by the pool, but in the grill they had to be approached in order to take our food orders at the table. Overall my family and I were extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of the stay. The results of everything that took place leads us to never wanting to book at these resorts again.

Overall we were very pleased. Christina at the front desk was awesome! She was very kind and helpful. Only 2 complaints: 1) Our room was hot!!!! Maintenance came and checked out the AC promptly when called, but there was nothing to be done. It’s just very hot outside and the units cannot keep up with the demand. We were offered fans to help cool the room. 2) parking is a bit of a hassle. The slots are tiny and there are not enough. We had to walk a pretty good distance from our car to our building. Overall though I felt like we got a lot for our money.

We booked the family suite to travel with our 3 kids. Upon arriving the room was HOT! The maintenance man said the air was broken and we had to switch rooms. They switched the 5 of us to the smallest two queen bed room in the resort. The lazy River is dirty and filled with leaves and grass. Ordered a pizza at the pool bar and was told it was going to be 15-20 minutes, after an hour I wanted to cancel and got an attitude from the staff. One of the guys said he was going to have it canceled, checked out the next day and I was billed for the pizza that I never got. One night they didn’t have any hand towels to give us to shower with. I’ll never stay here again.
