Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harlingen, TX

We were traveling related to a medical procedure. The room was quiet and comfortable, conveniently located and the staff was responsive to questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again.

We usually have a great experience, but this time the room needed a little TLC. There was a weird smell in the room coming from the bathroom the entire time, we weren't sure if it was due to the cleaning products being used or something else. We kept the bathroom door closed for the most part. Other than that, customer service was great as always and the breakfast was good. This location is always all first choice when travelling to the Valley.

I LOVE this hotel! It’s like a mini apartment! The rooms are spacious, clean with working ac units, 2 TV’s and 2 separate spaces. The show head is waterfall style and they actually allow the water to get hot unlike some hotels now. The staff has been friendly each time I’ve stayed and fresh cookies are waiting when you come in. I wish they had this hotel in bigger cities that I have to travel to.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and it never disappoints. Rooms are always clean, staff always friendly. Always my first choice when traveling to the Valley!

I was upgraded to a sweet and I loved it! It was perfect! Every time we travel to Mexico we stay in Harlingen and this is where we stay. Breakfast was good, but could be a little better. Everyone is friendly. We had no problems. I even mention to the front desk clerk, that everything was great, except the noise from the expressway. He offered to switch my room, but I told him it was ok. Very caring and accommodating! Thank Country Inn & Suites! See you on our next trip! I didn't get any names of the staff, but they were all great for the 3 nights we stayed!

Its a nice hotel. Friendly staff. There were some complementary drinks and food when we arrived. After a long day of traveling that hit the spot.

Nice lobby and happy hour with free food and drinks. Rooms were very large with separate door for bedroom. Security guard patrolled parking lot and the lobby making it feel safe.

Spent date night with my husband here. We had a good time but we're kinda disappointed that the hot tub had been filled in since the last time we had stayed. The rooms are nice and clean. The ac worked amazingly and the water for my shower was hot! The floor in the shower and the bottom of the jacuzzi tub need to be resurfaced because I almost fell. The jets in the jacuzzi weren't as powerful as I like them and the faucet was loose so it kinda sprayed everywhere while filling up the tub. Our room faced the front parking lot and they have a huge bright light in the lot. But thankfully the black out shades work wonders. I just closed those and my room was pitch dark for bed time just like I like it. Overall I think I had a pretty good stay!
