Econo Lodge

This was an adequate experience. The room wasn’t great or awful. The sheets were clean, but there were cigarette holes in them. The room seemed dingy and dark. The bed could have used a decent comforter. Everything about the place was the minimum effort and that was noticeable. Staff was not particularly friendly. I was asked what room I was in several times while passing through the lobby and while having breakfast. I had a sense they were always on the lookout for people stealing their meager breakfast offerings. Everyone spoke politely enough but it wasn’t friendly or welcoming. This is my second stay here. The first one was several years ago when I witnessed a racially charged exchange between a black man peacefully waiting for a taxi in the lobby and the owners trying to make him wait outside in the cold. Human decency wasn’t observed. Overall the stay was unpleasant. I’m glad I didn’t have to be in the public areas much.

It was clean , very nice staff, & room was perfect for 2 service animals. Very convenient to airport.

In an effort to say only good things about my current hotel here I go. * Check in took under an hour. * Everything in my room is conveniently located - within reach even. * Very close access to the highway - less than 50’ outside my 4th floor window. * I won’t burn anything with the iron. * I won’t forget anything in the closet. * The water pressure is great. * The room is (regrettably) well lit. * It’s not always this overpriced. * I can sit on the bed and brush my teeth. * The window ac keeps the room cool and seems out a bit of the road noise. * It’s in the town I need to be in. * Parking is free. * There is free tea and coffee in the lobby from 6-9. * Enough room for a single traveler.

Very comfortable and excellent for traveling with a dog.

For the price, don't expect a lot, but what they do offer is clean and well-maintained! Excellent option for the budget-conscious traveller!

The room itself was fine, very serviceable for what it was needed for which was a place to sleep and kill time when not at the race track. I'd say it is a bit overpriced for race weekend for what it offers, but every hotel jacks up the prices. My only major CONCERN, is the fact that I notified the woman at the front desk about the suspected drug deals and drug users in the back parking lot, and all she said was that she would notify management, didn't even really bat an eye about it as it must be common practice for these things to occur.

This was the worst experience, that I ever had, we have traveled for years and stayed at lower end hotel chains like the econo lodge most of the time. This econo lodge was dirty, the room and the whole floor reeked of smoke and weed. We were down for a shopping trip, so not looking for a spa experience or anything, just a reasonably priced clean room to sleep in. I slept on top of the bed fully clothed boots and all, on top of a 12$ blanket I picked up at Walmart. If we weren't so exhausted from the 10hr drive we would have just left completely. Not recommended, not as advertised at all, stay away.

We went on our first girls shopping trip, since Covid. The hotel was clean and easy to fine, plus parking easily accessible .

It’s on a dead end easy to parkway minutes away from down town a little highway noise building next to it we’ll lit parking area just one problem was room key didn’t work twice had to walk back to desk to get it reprogrammed

Front desk was unavailable for calls before check in. Cars were circling for parking. Prostitutes were on premise. Rooms need update.
