The hotel is very nice and clean. The parking situation, however, is bs. So you get a qr scan card and pay for oarking through a 3rd party. I was ok with that, although a little wierd. So i did as asked, got confirmation of payment for parking, then the next morning I have a ticket in my car saying the plate was not registered in their system. Glideparcs is the vendor for parking. I'd say to any business working with this company, make sure you know what you're getting into, because this type of service can kill your business by no fault of your own. Bottom line, don't make the customer do your work for you. Not a good biz plan. That being said, the hotel is great, clean and close to lots of restaurants, so no complaints there.

Great property. Friendly, courteous and professional staff always willing to assist with all requests. Room service staff, front desk, kitchen breakfast staff all amazing. The rooms were very clean. We stayed in 236 as a family. I shall be back. The only thing I was not pleased with was paying for parking. I believe guests should be re-imbursed if the problem with non-guests parking illegally informed the decision to charge. Thank you

Hotel was clean and neat room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Had to pay for parking not a real big deal but very tight fit if hotel is booked full. Not a deal breaker. Over all experience was good. Breakfast was on oar with every other free breakfast.

The property was very clean and the staff was at our service. They were very helpful with everything we needed. The property feels safe and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone staying downtown Manchester. It’s very close to some great restaurants and the airport.

The hotel was wonderful very clean which was very important for me. The only problem that I had was the parking no one seen to know what was happening. When asked how we checked in I was told to ask the valet service but there was no one at the desk so we had to wait about ten minutes before we got our car parked. We were exhausted from driving and just wanted to get to our room. After all of this they changed us $13.00. But the front desk was very nice check in was fast and our room was fantastic.

Always clean, breakfast is always a hit, friendly staff. However this trip , we discovered they’ve started charging for parking (which was always a swaying factor over staying at the double tree across the street), but more bizarrely, the parking is subcontracted in which you must surrender your keys for some strange reason. Pool is always a plus but can be hit or miss with dive bombing kids, maybe a little more enforcement on the no diving policy. Still a comfortable stay , with a great staff and wonderful breakfast

It was extremely noisy, especially in the evenings. Hard to maintain a good night rest. The rooms were very comfortable but since we stayed for 6 days we see the difference in cleanliness of the room each day. Excellent parking facilities and also loved the option of programs on TV. We would definitely consider coming back, especially with the amenities provided in the room. Thank you.

We stay here every time we are in Manchester. Free parking free breakfast. Only a 5 minute walk from the Palace and Rex theater. Less to get to some great places to eat or grab a drink. Staff is always friendly and willing to help no matter what time of night. One thing to note. No ice machines just ask at the front desk and they will gladly give you some..

Check in was super easy, and it's so nice to have free parking on site. The staff was incredible, and everything was pristine and smelled lovely.
