My stay was awesome. Check in was easy and Matt was very nice. They were so accommodating. They advertise airport transport, but were short on staff so I didn't think they would honor transport. The Chief Engineer that seemed to do a little bit of everything took me. This is hotel is clear they work nicely as a team to take care of the customer.

When I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, the desk told me it was closed for the day. When asked she told me my driver lied and offered no option on how to get there. I walked to the hotel, cancelled my room and left.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was very pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, my room was comfortable and clean, and the attached restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The location was very convenient to the airport and highway. It was a great choice after a long day of travel. I will stay there again when I fly into Manchester.

Local person - this is a great place to stay locally! I always forget it’s a holiday inn cause it’s more of a Marriott/Hilton vibe. Great attached inexpensive restaurant. Really soft and comfy mattress. Cheap airport parking. Pool and hot tub clean. Great staff. Attached mini convenience store. Safe area that is no where near downtown (so can’t walk to restaurants but is a safer area so depends on your needs). Solid place to book!

The rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Convenient to Manchester airport and the shuttle service started early so that we could make it to the airport in time for our very early flight.

For the love of God, GET SOME NEW SOFAS. they are worn and dirty. I saw 3 rooms, stayed in 2 of them and the carpets need TO BE CLEANED. housekeeping was fine.... all the surfaces that COULD be shiny WERE shiny and clean. but those women can't do anything about the fabric surfaces. have some mercy. This is my go to hotel when I fly and if the quality of the facility declines any further, I will have to make other arrangements. Staff was outstanding. and the shuttle driver great. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SOFAS

We fly up to New Hampshire as much as possible to see our son , daughter-in-law and granddaughter and when we fly back home we stay here as they live 2hours from the airport. We like the rooms, and staff are very friendly. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient.
