The room was as pictured and very clean. Everything was in working order. The location was beautiful and very close to the airport. The bed was so comfortable, firm, but like sleeping on a pillow. We especially liked the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, all sorts of breads, cereal, coffee, juice, as well as hot items such as scrambled eggs and a meat, and a do it yourself waffle maker. There was an attendant who continually replenished the items and kept everything clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Love the suites with sitting area and mini basic “kitchen”. Comfy beds and typical breakfast bar. Less than 1 mile to airport.

Check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable. We had an early flight. The front desk put us on the schedule for a 6am pickup for transportation.. The van was there for us as scheduled and brought us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We appreciate the good service.

we needed a room near the airport as we had a very early flight the next day, the room was very clean and spacious, with an abundant amount of towels. the bed was very comfortable. a shuttle was provided for us early the next morning with a most friendly driver.

We were really surprised to be charged an additional overnight parking fee. We had stayed the week before and were not charged an overnight fee to park our rental car. We stayed again the night before our flight and were informed that we were being charged $5.00 to park overnight before our flight. We were given a sticker and told that without paying the fee and the sticker there was a possibility our car would be towed. The young lady who checked us in was pretty rude when I acted surprised as we did not have an overnight parking fee the week before and it is not disclosed.

Spring hill are great hotels and have always had great stays and service. First time ever charged for parking and got a shrugged response when asking about it.

Breakfast was delicious, very quiet and clean but the rooms are very dark. Much darker than the photos even when it was sunny out, I needed all of the lights on. Also, BEWARE there is a daily charge for parking you’ll be charged for after your stay, which is stated nowhere on this app, their website or when checking in, and I was not told.

The people were very loud had other banging on their door till 1:30 am. They were shouting the f words. I had an early flight and did not get much sleep. I was very uncomfortable with what was foing on.
