Very clean and spacious rooms! The staff was great and super welcoming . They also provide a shuttle too move you around! Definite 10 out of 10 for me:) I will definitely be coming back.

The full “pullout” doesn’t have a mattress. It’s not a feasible option for an adult to sleep on. Very misleading and painful to sleep on. The cabinets were broken. The toilet overflowed twice in a two night stay. The shower curtain is too big so you stand on curtain when you shower. The pool was dirty, no filter running, and had hair floating on the surface. They charge for parking and a $210 hold plus a $40 hold was placed on my account even though I paid in full with Expedia. I’m told those charges won’t come out, but I don’t trust it. Very nice people working here, but very uncomfortable stay.

The hotel was in very good shape. The decor looked fairly new and was nicely done. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the airport picked me up promptly at 4:15 AM as they said and the driver was very nice.

Hotel interior is worn and tired, would benefit from fresh coat of paint and patching. The staff was fantastic, and customer service was clearly a priority. Location worked well for our needs. Plenty of parking in lot in front of hotel. Quiet at night.

The hotel is showing alot of wear & tear since we were there 3 years ago. Also it appears to have alot more long term guests so services for travelers (ie room cleaning) is lacking. Our group had 2 rooms, 1 of which had bad smell, a/c unit very noisy. The other room dishwasher leaked, not enough plates, glasses etc for 4 people. We have stayed here a few times in the past but will be looking for a new place next time.

Front desk staff was very friendly. A lot of people hanging out and no king and gathering in the parking lot. Hotel was dingy, old and unkept.
