Baymont by Wyndham McAllen/Pharr

The staff, especially the late night personnel, was very outgoing and helpful. I thought the room was passably clean until i saw a hair on the shower wall. I did not feel safe. There were no parking lot lights, an outdoor access elevator, a door to a connecting room with no dead bolt on my side, even the "Baymont" sign lighting went off during the night and wasn't turned back on between 5:30AM and sunrise. This hotel was located in a decent area, surrounded by other nicely presented hotels. I moved 5 miles down the road to another Wyndham property for my next night's stay.

My toilet was used when I got there. It was clogged. It took them more then half a day to go. There is no parking whatsoever and the night girl receptionist talks like she’s mad

Good relationship price-service. I need to have a place to spend the night before taking a very early flight. Convenient location near the airport.

It was great. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was great. Close to the airport, which is what I was needing.
