The only problem was with the parking there was limited space, other than that it was a great place

I came to the around mifnight desk after 20 hours flight and receptionist told me, that he can´t do anything for me because their system was down and he was not able to see my reservation (even when I show him my confirmed reservation on hotels.com). He called manager who was extremly annoyed and unhelpful who told that I should dela with hotels.com and she does not care. I had to sseek for another accomodation in the middle of the night. Never more.

Very clean place to stay, but parking lot get packed up late at night if you go out and return late hours of the night

I didn’t like that the cleaning service never went into my room to refresh towels and the hotel wasn’t helpful to not charge me a night I couldn’t stay despite communicating them with heads up that my flight was cancelled.

The staff are so helpful and so nice ,but our bathtub are disgusting thats disgusting with lot of hair on them. I try to get a bathtub for relax myself afther a many hours of travel but i can't not do it because nobody wants to take a bathtub with another person hair, plus they don't have any parking spaces available for my car I vhave to park on the street and walk.
