Clean rooms awesome pillow, great parking, breakfast buffet

The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed here about a dozen times in the past year and it has always been a pleasant stay. Many guests are from Mexico and most of the staff are fluent in Spanish. There is a complementary breakfast buffet that offers a large number of options. In the evening the restaurant and bar offer a variety of entrees, both American and Mexican. Families enjoy the pool and grounds which border on a golf course. The largest shopping mall in McAllen is within walking distance and there are eight or ten family restaurants in and around the mall and several sports bars. The "Old Town" entertainment district of McAllen is about a ten minute drive. The McAllen airport is a mile away and the hotel shuttle takes guests to the airport. It is an ideal hotel for families visiting McAllen.

The parking lot is not enough

Everything amazing, shuttle that takes you anywhere within 5 miles. Staff very helpful and pool very plesant. Just the breakfast is very disappointing, paper plates, packed food and drinks.

Great Value, breakfast is included. Stayed for a quick work visit and traveled with family.
