My flight was delayed and I had an hour drive to the hotel at almost midnight and I was able to check in. My room was very clean and comfortable. I slept in so I didn’t eat breakfast; it was only an overnight stay.

Nothing exceptional but quite serviceable. Fairly local for the airport so handy if arriving or about to depart back home… would use again. Staff we encountered at reception & breakfast were very friendly 👍

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. She finally came strolling across the parking lot where she promptly told me she was not expecting anyone by my last name. This AFTER speaking with someone at the property a few hours earlier that confirmed I was checked in. There is only 1 elevator in the building, limited parking, and old/dated decor and flooring. The room was relatively clean but the shower was mildewy. I definitely will not stay again.

They should have two elevators in the building. They should also have clear separate parking because the “Days Inn” is located behind the property

The rating on Orbitz is a total lie as a Wonderful 9.2. There is not enough parking. The place is dirty and location is really unsafe, it’s within feet from an abandoned gas station on the left and a Days Inn motel to the right that is covered in security bars. Terrible customer experience. This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. Will not book hotels on Orbitz.

Wasn’t sure about the location at first. Didn’t think it was a safe area and wasn’t sure. But the parking lot was extremely well lit, the staff was friendly, and I didn’t have an issue. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in, too.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and the staff at this hotel was by far the friendliest of them all! Everyone greeted us with a hello and smile regardless of their position! I have two chief complaints when we travel and it’s usually a hard bed and low water pressure. I was pleasantly impressed with both during our stay. The only thing that I will say is the room had an odor. It seemed to be from the cleaning supplies. Since we were here a week, we grabbed an air freshener plug-in and it fixed the problem! We will definitely stay here again!

It was an overnight stay so we could visit family in Melbourne for the holidays. The hotel was fine, we really didn't use any of the amenities or even have the free breakfast. We were in the room maybe a total of 12 hrs. Our check out was on the 29th and I'm still waiting for the $50.00 security deposit to be credited back to my charge account. I understand it can take up to 10 days. I guess my one complaint would be about the parking. With two hotels side by side it really didn't designate what parking was for which hotel & was rather limited.
