Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Melbourne, an IHG Hotel

Nice, clean quiet hotel, decent price. Breakfast was pretty good. Close to the airport and a few options to eat and as well as shop.

Very quite, clean with ample parking

One night stay on a Thursday prior to our Friday cruise. Quick check in & well lit parking area. The room met our needs. Beds were comfy as well as the pillows. Nice size shower. The toilet broke as we were checking out & the front desk immediately sent someone up to fix it. Breakfast options with a variety such as pastries, coffee, fruit & yogurt. Would recommend staying here.

This place was great. From the check in who was very friendly to the room. The beds were comfy-the TV Great-The A/C great. the shower was too slow for me. I love the hot tub and pool at night after working. Perfect location + nice neighborhood. Lots of parking + stores nearby. Loved it all.

Hotel front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. Hotel was quiet and lots of parking.

There weren't many outlets to plug in devices to charge them. Most of them were broken if there at all. The beds were very high/tall... not helpful for shorter people. Also, the website stated that there was transportation to/from aiport... it doesn't mention that that is only available M-F and between certain hours. We needed a ride back to the airport on Sat. and ended up having to find a cab.

Very clean and quiet, parking lot appeared safe. I worked all day from the room on hotel wifi without issue. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. Only thing…I wish you could enter from other exterior doors and that there was more than 1 elevator but other than those two small things, great experience.

Upon checkin inquired about airport shuttle and was informed they wouldn’t start until 9 am or so in morning so gave me info for 2 taxi services of which one had phone disconnected. Advertising that they have 24/7 airport shuttle but they really do not and staff not concerned about misleading customers. Then made me pay a $25 fee if I used their shop for purchasing anything - supposedly will be credited back if didn’t use just don’t understand why had to do that in first place. Noisy - all night on our 2nd floor which hotel staff can’t control people coming and going. Very disappointed and expected better for the price paid. We stayed deliberately at this hotel because of location to airport and shuttle but we had to pay for a taxi. Next time will stay at different hotel that offers a shuttle.
