SureStay Plus by Best Western Mesa Superstition Springs

Stopover on our travel. Good spot with shopping and restaurants close by. Place was quiet. Basic but good breakfast was provided. Would stay there again.

We have stayed here many times and it’s always clean, the staff is helpful, good pricing, convenient location. Ross, Dillards, Cheesecake Factory and more within walking distance. This will always be our first choice when traveling to Phoenix/Mesa!

Check in time was 3PM and we got there at 3:20 and we did not get into the room until 5PM. The TV was not working, the help came up from the front desk to get the TV to work, the room was Hot, and the whole 3rd floor smelled of marijuana, not good for a NON SMOKING, NON VAPING and NON MARIJUANA HOTEL. At 8:30 the front desk was called about getting a fan so that there would be air flow in the room, they had one for us. Thankful for the front desk to help us! Don't advertise a non-smoking, non-vaping and non-marijuana hotel if you are going to allow people to partake. CONTACT HIGH! I smoke cigarettes and went down to the parking lot to smoke.

Ok if you don't mind zero effort customer service. Our travel plans suddenly changed at 9pm the day before we were scheduled to arrive and we arrived in town at 6am on the first day of our booking. We knew check in was at 3pm, but called the hotel at 5am to ask if they had anything available for the current night and would be fine with paying the entire night's rate of course. We were told they were completely booked, but the housekeepers came in at 8:30 so if we called or came in once the morning crew was in, we could request to have our room done early. Again; offered to pay. We went in at 7:30am to speak to the morning crew. They said there was no way our room -or any room we could rent - would be ready before 2:30pm. We went to a nearby hotel, that by the way was booked the night before and that night too, and asked if they could please accommodate us for six hours of rest. They did. They gave us a room they'd already cleaned for 6 hours. I've been in customer service management for decades. I know what it is. I would've been nice to have some kindness extended - like an effort to get us a room in the block that was cleaned first, perhaps, if it was impossible to clean ours in the first six hours of housekeeping. We also found out from the evening staff later that day that they were NOT at capacity the evening before. The hotel hallways & room also smelled badly of feet. Blood on the sheer curtains. Elevator was dirty and had a hole in the floor. Monotone staff.

Clean, modern, comfortable, affordable. Lots of shopping and dining nearby, close to the airport.

It was in a nice organized, clean area, not far from the airport. Restaurants are easy to find, and it was very clean and kept up.

Overall, very pleased with our stay. Thank you for making my first time traveling so pleasant(;

Just ok. The room was decent, clean and somewhat updated. Really wanted to unwind after traveling all day by watching some tv but this was very frustrating. Upon arrival tv would not switch to cable. The man at the front desk had to come up and reset everything. Got the cable working, but as soon as he left I found that the remote would randomly quit working about every 30 seconds. I gave up on tv and decided to go to bed early. The bed was fine but every time the people in the room above me moved it sounded like someone was about to fall through the ceiling. Ultimately these aren't necessarily major issues for a hotel as they are common problems, but based on the rating I guess I expected better.

Nice place close airport, and mall

It was clean and seemed to be maintained well. They could use a second elevator for as many visitors as they have come. It seemed our bathroom had been remodeled recently. We loved the new shower. They could also use more parking for as many visitors as they have. We were able to find a spot on the lot. I enjoyed visiting with the staff some. They were very personable.
