Chose this property because it was close to the Mesa airport and offered a shuttle. It was clean, comfortable, and the shuttle was easy to request and utilize. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally clean welcoming rooms but the beds are a little too firm The front desk and airport shuttle have great customer service Will be staying again on our next early flight

Staff was great ,very helpful. A continental breakfast would be great instead of having to pay. The pay option starts too late for us to use before flight. Don't like paying to park.

Why is there a charge for parking? And each day. Hotels in Phoenix don't even charge for parking. 1st hotel i have stayed at in AZ that didnt have a continental breakfast.

Staff at the hotel was super helpful and friendly. We had a late check in due to our flight being late, and they were super helpful and made the process easy. Hotel was clean. Great one night stay close to airport

Good hotel to stay in and very responsive to inquiries or issues. My AC wasn't working, they had the repairman out immediately and determine my AC was broken and switched my room at my convenience.
My suggestion is to include parking fees in the room cost. It's a pain to have to call and get a copy of the room bill to do a credit card reconciliation as well as any meals that are charged to the room. Also, I'm used to water and coffee being complimentary, not paying for it. Rooms at the back of the hotel may be noisy as chains rattle at odd intervals throughout the night.
The management and staff are very kind and attentive.
