We needed a hotel for family near to the Minneapolis airport, and it happened to be right next to the Mall of America, which was also very good, since we had time and the kids needed some play time. I was very impressed with the quality and the staff. The breakfast was outstanding, far and away better than most hotels at this price point. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, the rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. It provided the perfect rest before a long flight home.

Great stay, quiet, no smoking, clean!! Walkable to the MOA and close to airport. We watched planes from our room window but heard a very minimal sound. Love it!!

The hotel was okay. It’s very close to the airport, so you will definitely hear jets day and night. It’s very convenient for shopping at Mall of America. My biggest complaint would be that there were so many kids at the hotel. If you want a family friendly hotel, this is it.

The room was spacious and very clean. The only thing we didn't like was that the ALL the pillows were super soft so we didn't sleep as well. It would have been nicer to have a firmer pillow choice along with the soft. Bring your own pillow if you are picky about pillows. Also because it's JUST south of the airport the airplanes are super loud while taking off.

Loved staying here! It was easy to get downtown and to Burnsville where my family live. Loved the kitchenette, breakfast, pool and hot tub, and parking garage made stay very enjoyable. The 2 restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel were wonderful. Very close to Mall of America too!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Hot tub is lukewarm. Having to pay to park in THEIR parking lot is ludacris!!

Element was the place to go if you plan to visit Mall of America or Bloomington, MN. The place is clean, breakfast had a lot of healthy choices. You can choose to sit inside or outside patio. They have a pool and hot tub. Lots of sitting area in the lobby and by the hotel patio. Check in was a breeze. You do have to pay for parking. The room is well designed and has everything you need for your stay.

I wish there was a shuttle service to/from MOA and Airport. My husband has a hard time with ambulating and a having less steps to take could save him from some pain while walking
