Pros: cleanliness, friendly staff. Con: you do have to pay for parking that I was not aware of which was $10/day. Their WiFi sucks! Had to go talk to the front desk who provided me with an access code, but still didn’t work. Other hotels made it so much easier to log onto their WiFi. The alarm in our room kept waking us up at 6 am. Probably from the previous guest. This was not the stay I had planned. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel has everything I wanted. Great staff, clean, great shuttle service, walkable restaurants nearby, good breakfast, close to mall of America and the airport

Loved the black out curtains and the hotel was so quiet despite being near the airport. Our whole family commented on how well they slept with no light or noise. So close to the airport, the mall or america and more!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and they provide a free shuttle to the Mall of America. They also have free coffee and tea 24/7. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Everything was great, only thing in the app it says parking it’s included but when there they charged me parking fee per night. Other than that everything was great

Nice rooms and clean! Reception wasn’t very friendly, but informative. Convenient location to mall and airport. Breakfast staff was friendly and area was clean, well stocked and maintained.

Great stay option for overnight before a flight out. Good breakfast options, kids were happy with the pool, room was fine. Only downside is not many streaming options on room TVs, only Netflix was available on their platform. That was a bummer when kids were hoping to rent a movie to watch.
