This will be my go to place to stay from now on. Great location, excellent staff and very nice dinning option at the hotel. Shuttle to the airport was flawless and on-time.

The hotel staff are friendly and let us come back and grab something we left in our refrigerator after we had checked out. The two issues I had were, there was a tear in our comforter on the bed and the sheets felt more like plastic, almost like they use waterproof sheets or something. Over all it was pretty clean. Their free shuttle from the airport driver was in a huge hurry. If you don't happen to see him drive up and rush over to the van, he would drive off and leave you. He did not wait long for people to find the loading area. He had to stop and go back for some flight staff that were there just in the wrong area and fighting to get through a large group of people. Someone called him and he stopped and went back. Also, I wish their food wasn't so expensive. Tasty but pricey.

Terrible. arrived at 2am. Hotel informs me they overbooked. They need to shuttle me to a different hotel. How does this happen? I have an email from hotel w a reservation #. The hotel sent me a welcome letter upon arrival. They said I should have called as I arrived after 10. I was on a plane. paid for a room. Whether I arrive at 8pm or 2am I paid for a room ? So I pay for a room and if I don’t arrive by 10 they rent out the room to another person and get double paid for the room ? What kind of business is this ? Especially from a Hyatt? Very very poor business.

I have stayed in 5 different brand hotels since the middle of July, this hotel had the least amenities that make a stay comfortable - no place to put suit cases, minimal space in the bathroom for toiletry items, and an extremely small shower. In addition, there is a charge for parking. Is this another gimmick to make money? If this is the standard for Hyatt Regency Hotels, then it is extremely unlikely that I will stay at another one.

Quick check in after long day of delayed flights and barely making it before airport shuttle stopped running. Everyone at front desk was pleasant and helpful. Target Field and Mall of America were convenient with shuttle and metro stop right across the grass from lobby. This hotel made for an enjoyable weekend getaway from Florida.

Espresso machine in the lobby was on the fritz, but got fixed. Yeah! Nice folks everywhere. Great location, near things to do. Excellent parking for our bus.
