It’s close to the airport and Mall of America, but there isn’t much available (food/entertainment) within walking distance.

It was a nice stay except they now charge $50 per night for parking. That added another $100 to the stay. I stay there 3-4 times a year 7-10 nights, but I will probably find somewhere else now. I have another 3-night stay booked but that will be the last time I stay there. They must only want people who fly in to stay at their hotel.

The hotel is outdated. The room smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 2am. The woman at the front desk told us check in closed at 12am and we were denied access to our room. I sat in the lobby, with two small children, until 3am when she finally allowed us to check in. Their website says nothing about check in closing at 12am. Awful experience, and terrible customer service!

Travelling for work and wanted a room close to the airport. Staff were great, shuttle was convenient and rooms were clean.

Hotel staff are incredibly competent, kind, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel is pristine and very high quality. Airport shuttle is safe, easy, efficient. 11/10 would recommend.

When looking at Expedia, it says free parking. At the hotel, they charge 10 bucks a day to use their crumbling parking garage. I hope you aren't planning on relaxing in the pool or hot tub. The 4 days I was there, the hot tub was filled with young children horsing around and screaming, every hour the pool was open. Don't try to take a shower either, there was very poor water pressure in the shower. The man who checked me in at the front desk was very rude and was disrespectful. Probably because I was wearing an equality t-shirt.
