Great experience overall. Big room, free made to order breakfast until 10am. Young man at front desk, (maybe Mike?) recommended an Italian restaurant that was great. Nice that it was close to airport with a morning departure too.

I called the hotel the day before my flight to see if they had an airport shuttle since it says they do on the website the lady told me no. As soon as my Uber pulled into the parking lot there was a shuttle at the hotel. Checking in was a joke the lady confirmed it was me and didn’t tell us where to go. My room was 1001 so it seemed like the first floor. After walking around the first floor with all our luggage we tried the 10th floor and that’s where are room was. If you fly make sure you know what you want to do because there is nothing at the hotel like the flyers. If you stay in your room your fine but if you need any help from the front desk there either playing with a ball or all talking and ignore you.

4 stars because the power was out from 715pm to 2am. In the morning, we had no hot water for showers. Even tho, this situation was weather related, it seems I could have been comped for more than a $12 parking fee. It would have been nice to have a phone msg from the desk with updates - we felt uninformed on the situation.

Such a convenient stay when flying in and out. The shuttle was so handy! Really enjoyed the space in our suite as well as the complimentary snack/drinks and breakfast. Everything was wonderful with a slight exception of the girl checking us in. She could have been more personable and also explained things better, especially what and where the complimentary drinks and food were located and how that worked. Great stay overall.

Very nice and clean room. Amazing breakfast each morning. Good clean and functional Facilities. Unfriendly front desk staff upon check in and check out. Staff driving the shuttles were very friendly and helpful.
