The hotel smelled funny but the room and bed were comfortable. I was unaware the shuttle stopped at midnight so I had to find a way to hotel… only reason I chose this hotel was the shuttle so maybe that little fact should be listed on this website where I booked

Location to airport and downtown is good. Property is old and tired, needs refurbishing badly. Sink was clogged, carpet old and stained, furniture old, lights didn’t work in room.

The stair area heading out to a back parking lot was filthy.
A guest yelling loudly and swearing at the front desk clerk.
The clerk was quiet and going to check on the problem, but the guest was a jerk. The coffee is terribly weak. Can easily make stronger coffee. Courtesy van to ballpark is convenient and a nice service. However, an SUV is too small. Maybe one of your larger vehicles was broken

Property was not well kept...elevator out of order, so we had to drag our luggage up several flights of stairs. Beds had no covers on the boxsprings. I wouldnt recommend staying here if you can help it.

AWFUL. No phone, no ac, no elevator, no TV. I would have appreciated it if we were notified before arrival of ALL these issues. Realize it was all problems out of their control but I would’ve stayed there another time again if I had been notified. NOW, however, I will probably not especially since we asked to be compensated in some way and they did NOTHING! We have stayed there numerous times before because of the convenience to the airport. This facility has really gone down hill. Don’t bother booking with them.

This was one of my favorites when flying in or out of Epply in Omaha but it is in terrible shape now. The elevator does not work, walked up 3 flights of stairs. I had pre-booked and paid otherwise I would have left at this point. The front desk clerk was unprofessional and looked like she was wearing pajamas. There were big boxes of something stacked in the main hallway. There was leftover air-conditioning units in stairwell. The lights in upstairs hallway were not on or not working. The carpet in my room was wet and sticky. The TV did not work. Only 2 of 4 light bulbs in the bathroom worked. The bed was comfortable and clean.

My flight home was cancelled and I needed a place to overnight. I booked due to proximity to the airport and the shuttle. however, there is no restaurant nearby. To get a meal, I was told that there was a place to eat just a bit down the road by the staff. It was not very near. I had to walk a ways to the nearest restaurant. The walkway to the restaurant was partially blocked and I felt unsafe. The hotel is clean enough, but is old.

Very conveniently close to Omaha airport and Creighton university where my kids attend.
Sign lights are not turned on at dusk early enough and can be hard to find in early evenings.
