Mixed up our shuttle times, and changed rooms multiple times due to unmade beds and broken AC units.

Close to airport with option of shuttle, but run down property with very very noisy AC so didn’t sleep much, which was the point of staying the night before early flight.

The hallways and room had a musty odor with outdated features. The carpets, hallways and common areas did not reflect the starting the hotel apparently had. Airport shuttle does not begin at 4am as the booking states but rather 4:15-4:20am which was inconvenient considering the airport arrival needed to be sooner due to an early flight.

We haven’t checked in yet. So far, the service is not good. They supposed to pick us up at the airport. I called to confirm before we booked the room that we need a pickup at 12:05am. The guy said yes. Just now, I’m at the airport calling to remind them again but they told me have to see if the shuttle still available at that time

Needs an update. Air conditioning was noisy and took forever to cool off. Great proximity to the airport. Poor breakfast.

This has been a reliable, inexpensive stay for me when flying from Omaha. The rooms are a bit worn but clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is decent. The staff are helpful. I just learned they have an airport shuttle and you can park for $5/day. I may use that in the future.
