We checked in after the 4pm time and we’re given the card key Tom our bedroom. When we got there , the cleaning lady was in the middle of cleaning the room and she apologized for the mix up and told us that this usually happened when the prior cleaning crew leaves their shift without taking care of their rooms. That she usually worked in the laundry department but was called to Help out. We waited about 10 minutes while she was done cleaning. We thanked her and when we checked out 2 days after, I brought this up to the attention of the manager and she seemed that she did not care. Another thing, the $10 parking fee seems absurd when you have a huuuuuge parking lot in the middle of the desert, no valet service parking should be completely free.

Speedy check-in 10$ parking fee. Nothing special. Everything you would expect. Rooms clean Service is fair. Breakfast is fair. Renovation in progress currently.

It really gets to me when hotels have resort fees when another state I would get the exact same thing without 'resort' fees. This place was booked in haste due to flight delays. With the Hilton brand I expected the property would be clean and comfortable. Bed and room met my expectation. Pool towels seem to old and starting to show some frays. My greatest disappointment was the shower/tub. It did not drain while in the shower. Very annoying to be standing in dirty water during shower

I wish parking was not $10 a night if we are already paying over $100 per night. Would be nice to include for more than 1 night stays.

Everything was good except they charged $10 for parking. Their parking lot was huge and not even a third full. Can’t remember that charge being disclosed. This is just padding profit.

Love the breakfast options. I dislike that we have to pay for parking. Staff is friendly. Room bathroom was not as clean as would like. Can see the mildew in the toilet bowl.
