We were amazed by the customer service that we experienced during our stay. Justin at the front desk was awesome, he went above and beyond to make our stay great, even gave recommendations for dinner. The pool and hot tub were great after a couple weeks of hiking. Usually I expect an "airport hotel" to be poorly managed and in bad shape and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Booked due to having a shuttle Service to airport, both buses in driveway but not in service, offered Uber service instead. Room door worked them didn’t work, key reprogrammed then door still not working, established door handle not locking into place, told reception upon checkout and not sure if passed on

Needs to be updated with more USB and type C ports. Physical property a little dated. Limited ground transport to the airport- only 4 people at a time, when carrier capacity was closer to 8.

The room was clean. The shower wouldn’t stay warm for very long at all. The hair dryer didn’t work and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The shuttle was to leave every thirty minutes but left early sometimes causing people to miss the shuttle and have to wait for the next to get to the airport. Beds were clean and comfy.

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and the staff. With the airline crisis and all of the canceled flights, the manager Iaasac was more than understanding and accommodating. This country and world needs more people like him looking out for everyone else.

Staff was very helpful. We visited the property to pick our son up from the airport. They offered their shuttle service and picked him up for us. Then the next day we wanted to swim and the manager opened the pool for us. We will definitely visit again!
