The property was clean the staff was excellent. The internet was not working. The ice machine was broken. The shuttle driver is creepy.

Lobby was pretty dirty, there was a spill in the entry of the elevator (looked pretty bad!) that was ignored.
Night clerk after 10:00 PM was not so friendly or helpful.
Paid to leave car there and fly, if flight is late getting in, there is no shuttle service.

Hotel was clean , mattress was too hard for me, but that is just a personal preference. Close to airport, which is nice. Cons: I f your flight arrives after 11pm, no shuttle to hotel which is less than 5 minutes away. Had to take an Uber , (since we didn’t rent a car) which cost $30. Flight was delayed due to weather.

Shuttle service only runs certain hours so had to pay for an Uber to the airport, odd considering your by the airport. Hallways and rooms smell like cheap air freshener. At my 5 am checkout the young man made the statement four times, “if you left anything in the room we are not responsible and won’t mail it.” Four times! And reminding me when I drop my key card into the return box that I can’t change my mind to double check the room. Left feeling accosted but confused why I felt that way. Will never return or recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to help us in every way, even, Joe Kim, our AM shuttle driver & the PM shuttle driver, whose name I didn't catch.

A good bargain for an overnight stay when stranded at the airport. Front desk person very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Nice shuttle too.

Stayed one night as we were flying out the next day. Beds were slightly uncomfortable and breakfast didn’t start until 6:30am so we couldn’t get breakfast. Overall it’s a good, clean place but being so close to the airport it would be nice if earlier travelers could get something too.
