I liked that the desk is open 24 hours and the shuttle operates 24 hours. This is so important when you are delayed in your flight and you do not need to worry about checking in. Nice and close to airport. Friendly staff and friendly shuttle driver. Highly recommend for business travelers.

There was very little parking for guests. Once in the room the air conditioning didn’t work and there was no soap for showers or to wash your hands. I asked the cleaning staff for soap and they said to use the shampoo or conditioner. There were also tissue dispensers but no tissue boxes. We had to move rooms to get working air conditioner. The lobby is quite nice but the rest of the property was old, dated and dirty.

Slow check-in. Not a big deal. AC didn't seem to start working until about 10pm and it was a HOT day in Salt Lake City. Had to go to bed early for an early flight and couldn't get to sleep because it was so warm.

Staff were not helpful, although polite. Hotel has very limited parking. Fitness center and general areas are dirty. Room is okay.

Pretty basic airport hotel. Outdated, zero fancy at all. But it got the job done.

Troy at the bar was a true gem! From arriving at the hotel to getting into our room, we waiting over an hour in line. Not to mention, he waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle which was a tiny shuttle.

The smell from the kitchen filled the rooms especially around dinner time. We even changed rooms because of the smells and it didn't make a difference. The vents in the rooms were pumping in a fried grease smell. It's not comforting when you're traveling and smelling like fried food on your flight because of the hotel smells. Just have to be honest with this stay. They need to improve their ventilation system. Just awful. The customer service was good however.

assigned 1st room, toilet was clogged, then transferred to 2nd room, toilet was clogged. then transferred 3rd room, eventually toilet is working.
check process was like 15 years ago, all manual process and long wait time as compared other hotels I stayed that check in was fast sbd easy.
