Great location. Close to airport, shopping mall etc.
Friendly staffs, well maintained facility.

The staff was semi helpful. I had called ahead and asked about their shuttle services, i was told it ran every 15 min starting at 5 am. Came down to go to the airport and was told that shuttle had to be requested ahead of time in the morning. We ended up having to pay for uber because they could bot locate a driver.

The staff made this place. Lena offered us extra pillows and so nice to us after a rough day of travel.

Staff was nice, but - Breakfast was truly a disappointment for an expensive night at a hotel and I did not get the type of room I reserved nor did I get picked up at the hotel after a flight delay.
Hilton should rethink its strategy with this type of hotel and it does not bode well for this brand.
I am rethinking my loyalty to Hilton after this.
Please try harder next time without cutting corners.

I had a great stay! I really liked how there was an airport shuttle. It made it very easy and convenient. I will stay here again when I’m back in the area. I wish there were more breakfast options besides bagels and muffins. Our room also did not get cleaned while I was there.

i do not like the fact that you no longer have stay shuttle and can leave car while on trip this was one of the better amenities you had for people traveling on trips ☹️

Nice, clean rooms. Convenient shuttle to the airport. The front desk wasn't staffed and we had to wait to be checked in.

Close to the airport. Check-in staff were never the most personable or friendly any of the 3 different times we stayed.
Bathroom light/fan was in Off position but NEVER shut off. Blow dryers either didn't work or were no longer attached to the wall.
Elevator and room floors were dirty.
