This hotel was one of the cleanest, comfortable hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff was exceptional and friendly. I was at the hotel 4 hours before my check in due to the other place I was staying at prior losing power from the hurricane and just needing to hang out somewhere with air conditioning. They allowed me to hang out in the lobby and got a room ready for me to where I was able to check in 3 hours before my normal time. They were truly so kind and did their best to help me enjoy my night there! The airport shuttle service was also amazing and was able to get to the airport right at 6:05 AM for my early flight!

We were caught in a terrible storm in our travels, so we needed to find a place to stay for the night. This hotel is reasonable and a great place to stay. The rooms were a nice size with very high ceilings. The ease of checking in was smooth and fast considering the conditions we were coming out of. I will definitely look for this hotel chain in future travels.

They recently been through renovations. It was clean, new furnishings and staff was very pleasant. Impressed with their breakfast after being in other places that said “ breakfast “. Fresh and was clean. I personally chose this property because of the airport shuttle and that was very positive

The only reason why I booked here was because of the airport shuttle service, but when I inquired upon check-in, I was told they don't start the service until 6 a.m. and we needed it earlier. Airport shuttles should be available to accommodate all flight times, so I feel completely misled. Shame on them
