It was a very nice stay clean,quiet,enjoyable,and close to airport

Perfect location for leaving to the airport in the morning. They have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to the airport.

Check in took too long due to a workers strike, otherwise it was a pleasant experience. The shuttle driver was excellent even though we had to leave at 3:20am.

Stayed overnight before a flight

ok hotel. No hot cookie upon check in. Upgrade cost us instead of complementary. Maze of hotel if not in main tower. Only 2 of 4 elevators to tower worked. sometime only 1. Shuttle to airport runs every 20 min.

We search hotels with two things in mind…. Location and cleanliness. I will keep this review focused on that. The location of this hotel is great. It is literally across the street from the airport and has a convenient shuttle to & from. The hotel is beautiful! When we arrived to our room on the 11th floor, with a balcony and view of the mountains, the balcony door wouldn’t open. I suppose that’s a safety feature. But it was strange. Our room looked like housekeeping had started cleaning but never finished. We didn’t have any towels. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed and there was a large amount of dust and water rings on the bathroom vanity and night stands. Lastly, the bedding was weird. We think they were clean (hopefully!) but there wasn’t a fitted sheet, the comforter was like a mattress pad and the sheet on top. All in all, it definitely needs improvement. Sorry Hilton. You failed.

Very convenient shuttle to and from the Seattle airport. The rooms are clean and nice. We have stayed here twice now whenever we fly to Seattle

I was supposed to get a discount on parking due to the event i attended but the person that checked me in claimed I was still getting the price had I got my parking ticket stamped. I was told not to worry the parking discount was applied and paid for upon checking in. That was not the case my credit card was later charged for parking and I did not get the discount I was supposed to get there was no discount.

The hotel is conveniently located by the airport, which was what we were looking for. However, it could use some renovations. The lobby had a musty smell. The carpet in the guest rooms were a very unappealing brown color, which instantly gave an unfavorable impression of the room. Rooms could also use some lighting. Room was quite dark even in the middle of the day. Pros are the view of the lake(?) from the balcony and as always, the war’ cookie.

Was a convenient location near airport. Hotel was nice, and staff was helpful and friendly
