Zone Hotel SeaTac Airport

Just a hotel near the airport for me.

The room we had was super noisy, some type of fan was running, and it wasn't the heater in the room, it was a loud super hum. I asked if we could be moved to another , the noise in the room that there was no way we could sleep in the room--they said they had no other rooms, so we were stuck with a noisy room, had to get up early for a flight so no rest. The small little bar/restaurant they have on site was good. I might stay again, but not in room 320!

The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms were clean and bed was amazing. Very close to the airport.

This is a nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, questions were answered in terse, single words. When asking about a refund of the pre-paid breakfast (since they didn't start serving until after we had to be at the airport), the staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Airport shuttle pick up was inconsistent. We waited for over an hour and watched a driver just go right passed us and another driver tried to tell us he couldn’t take us. When I tried to call the hotel(several times) to get info on the shuttle, my calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my call.

My husband and I were there for a two day business trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the service from the front desk staff and bistro staff, so helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable, just the right size for two. We went with the two queens option just so we could have our own beds. Airport noise was minimal. The curtains were blackout enough for us to retire early and not have to worry about the lighting in the evening or early am. The shower had decent pressure and the hot water lasted a long time. Unfortunately there is no bathroom fan to defuse the steam or filter out morning smells but we brought febreze and that seemed to do the trick. Safe parking for peace of mind is $20 a day plus tax, well worth it, parking is under the hotel. We would highly recommend staying here if passing through SeaTac. We would stay here again if business calls for it.

The location was terrific in proximity to the airport and we appreciated the efficient shuttle service. We were close to some good restaurants and appreciated being able to find a place with excellent clam chowder (Wally’s for the win)! Room setup was comfortable. The problem began when we attempted to go to sleep before our early flight. Each time the AC kicked on, the plastic enclasing the unit began to vibrate LOUDLY. It reminded us of a helicopter in flight. If one got out of bed and pressed or pounded on the plastic casing, it would temporarily get quieter… Until it again turned on. That was the situation throughout the night, one of us repeatedly getting up to manipulate the unit to get it to be quiet-er. Thinking this was surely a new problem, I reported it to the front desk staff at 5 AM when we went down to catch our shuttle. The young man working replied “oh we know, sorry” They knew about the problem but placed guests in room 507 anyway??!! We know what hotel we will not use nor recommend on future trips to Seattle. There were plenty of other hotels in that nice location.

Very nice! Clean, quiet, comfy king bed. Free shuttle to and from SeaTac. Would definitely stay again!

Close to the airport which was great when arriving late. Thin walls so could hear noice from both outside and hallway/other rooms.

Had a great stay! Room was comfy. Food in the bistro was good. Had a great overnight stay. Shuttle from airport was good. Front desk helpful, even offered to get me a shuttle to my cruise next day.
