Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

I will absolutely stay here anytime I fly from Spokane. It is clean, great room size, conveniently located. I highly highly recommend when traveling from the Spokane airport.

March 2, I was searching for hotels to make a reservation, reviewing the options; at the BW or the Ramada inn airport Spokane . I received a "junk text message" from a third party claiming I had made a reservation at the BW? I didn't respond. As you (xxx .com) warns not to open unsolicited text - I didn't. Thus, I couldn't confirm or deny the reservation. The day of my trip I saw I had a reservation via email from the Best Western Peppertree, I called to cancel told him it was an error. They said they could not cancel the reservation as it was in 24 hours. This was early in the morning I explained to them that I had not made this reservation. They didn’t care they said I had to take it up with you… Expedia / Hotels.com. I called three times again was denied. Thus I’m writing to ask for a refund for a no-show on Friday, May 3 checking - out May 4 The BW hotel manager and your company supervisor billed me for a NO SHOW . There seems to be an issue with your booking relationship between a third party reservation desk, a third-party travel agent that are handling your bookings and unwanted / unconfirmed reservations, and then not cooperating to change them. Please review this practice review this unwanted reservation refund my money and communicate back to bizjg@yahoo.com and/or greghtwfyahoo.com. Thank you John Miles 714-337 8930 .

The hotel provides a voucher for the Denny's located in the parking lot for breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a vanilla latte and other choices. There is no hot tub.

Online check in with key pick up from kiosk was very helpful and time saving. Room was spacious and clean. Neighboring tenants were noisy and for some reason were up all night with a child running around and being loud in the corridor, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Some people just have no manners. I wish the breakfast coupons were available a night before instead of 7 am in the morning. We had to leave before 7 am and we could have redeemed the promised coupon at the 24 hours Denny’s across the parking lot but those coupons don’t become available before 7 am. So even though the hotel gave us some muffins and yogurt etc, the Denny’s option would have been much better if the coupon is given earlier.

We appreciated the sack breakfast for our 4:00 AM shuttle and being able to leave our vehicle at the property for the week we are gone. Very friendly front desk and shuttle driver that made our stay very pleasant.

Nice room, pretty comfortable place. Overall, it was a quick overnight stay for a flight, it was adequate. Better than others we've stayed at recently.
