Easy to find, staff was excellent, rooms comfortable. Transportation to and from airport.

Everything was excellent. We dropped off our car at GEG and wanted to stay overnight near the airport since we had a very early flight the next morning. We called the hotel for a shuttle and they came by in around 15 minutes. Upon checking in, our shuttle driver KAT also checked us in. I gave her the Hotels.com confirmation and she advised that they do not have the reservation in their system explaining that it does happen occasionally that they do not receive a reservation form Hotels.com. However, she was very helpful in getting a room secured for us at their price and mentioned to call Hotels.com and request a refund and they would verify our situation there. She also put in a request ticket for shuttle service for 3:30 AM for us. Everything was great thanks to KAT who was very helpful and made sure that we were all good. Kudos to KAT, we need more people like her in the travel industry, a very helpful and caring person.

Such friendly staff, clean rooms and spacious rooms! We had plenty of space in a double room for 4 people. The shuttle service was so useful for cutting down on travel expenses. Additionally, the continental breakfast was so delicious and had so much variety. I am so grateful for all of the gluten free options as well. Most places are not very accommodating but this hotel had numerous gluten free options.

I needed an overnight before a flight, and appreciated that this was a newer property and had a shuttle. It was a little awkward in that they have the front desk person drive the shuttle at night, so you have to wait until they get back to check in. However, the bar is right off of the lobby, so I was able to enjoy a drink while I waited. The staff is really friendly, and the room was bigger than expected. If I was staying longer, I would have definitely appreciated the cook-top and the larger refrigerator. There was quite a bit of road noise (I was in an odd-numbered room, I'd request the even side if I stay again), but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. They had a lot of breakfast options, including hot food, and the coffee was great. 4/5 stars only for the weird check-in and the road noise, but the staff and cleanliness were 10/10. I'd stay again.

My shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful. The room was way bigger than I expected and breakfast was good.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating, even for a 4am shuttle ride. It was super clean and nice, big rooms, very convenient for one night by the airport. I would definitely stay again.
