Best Western Tucson Int'l Airport Hotel & Suites

The room was not clean and there were roaches in the bathroom. Going outside was a little bit scary and there was trash everywhere. The inner courtyard could have been nice, but again because of some "guests" it was very uncomfortable. My car was also vandalized in the parking lot overnight and I had to purchase two new tires because of punctures in the sidewalls.

Excellent price, close to the airport with free shuttle service and friendly staff. It’s generally clean and very quiet. A bit rundown and the pool wasn’t the cleanest but great for the price.

Took awhile to check in, system issues. Checked into room. Crumbs on the floor, smelled musty, no microwave or toiletries, not even a bar of soap :( Pool and hot tub were closed “for maintenance.” For being close to the airport it was surprisingly quiet, which was nice

THEY LIED ABOUT THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!! I called at 5:02p, and they said there were no drivers available, and that I would have to WALK from the airport with my bags in the 98 degree heat. The only nice part was the lady at the front desk. Otherwise I would have left.

Filthy bathroom floor, but generally clean otherwise. Bathroom fan disnt work. Toilet barely flushed. Water stains on ceiling. Community area furniture was dirty.

Our room had several maintenance issues like lights, missing knobs, faulty remote control. the room was hot when we first got there. It was a hot day but the pool was closed for maintenance and the water was Green. The fire alarm went off falsely two times late at night. We could not catch a shuttle to the airport because our flight left early and the shuttle hours were only from 7:00am to 10:00 p.m. otherwise our room was clean, but some of the public areas like the bathrooms needed maintenance

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The parking was abundant and seemed safe. The restaurant/bar was closed, but it was Sunday and was posted as such. I had breakfast the next morning, and it was typical of a continental breakfast offered by hotels I've stayed in previously. The toilet in the bathroom in the room was small and felt a bit under-sized for an adult. The addition of a hot tub listed on the site was misleading as the "hot-tub" had been disconnected and was just turned into a 'kiddie-pool'. Also, the swimming pool, and the kiddie pool were both cloudy and didn't seem to have the 'clarity' needed to keep the water clean due to, what I can only speculate as non-functioning water circulation. The pool pumps did not appear to be working, or at least not on during our time at the hotel. All in all, though, I enjoyed our stay and would certainly be willing to stay again. 4 stars overall.

If you have any type of ADA requirement do NOT stay here. I was traveling with my service dogs which they tried to charge me a "pet fee" for. I booked an accessible room but I "don't look like" I have a disability and those aren't "pet rooms". The hotel had a very weird smell. The beds were very comfortable but an overall L.
