We stayed here because it was very close to air port and we had an early flight in the morning. It met all of my expectations. Very clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

Something had been spilled on the floor in the lobby when we checked in. It was still there next morning when we checked out. The van used for transportation to the airport, had the back doors broken and couldn’t open. We had to load our luggage into the passenger seats. The guy driving us to the airport was nice but dressed in sweats and looked like he just got out of bed.

Poor service. We were told that there would 24 hour staff. When we tried to check out to catch our early flight, no staff was availed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location to airport. Street and plane flyover noise. You are charged $15 to use airport shuttle. Did not try complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is not well-maintained and does not look like the photos. The side door to the outside of the hotel has a broken lock, the 1st floor restroom is out-of-order, and the hallways are dark. It did not feel safe. The smell of febreze is quite strong, from lobby to hallways. I would not stay here again even though it is close to the airport. The staff was great, though.
