Quality Inn & Suites Owasso US-169

Not bad for the money. Good location, and seemingly relatively safe. I like that there's a Quick Trip convenience store within walking distance. In my room, the carpet around the sink was slightly damp, so this was most likely a water leak, and my tub was very slow to drain. I can only speak for this one room, and I let them know about this, although they were just minor things, as I was traveling alone. Not bad for the price. Location was key here.

It was okay. I should have done a little more due diligence before booking. For the price, I expected a slightly nicer hotel. The parking lot was too small for the number of rooms, so I struggled to find a spot anywhere near my room. The outdoor walkways and stairs were really rough - the stairs in particular were challenging to walk up and down due to the condition of the stair treads. The room itself was okay. There was dirt or crumbs on the bedsheets when we walked in, but otherwise, the place seemed clean. It's in terrible need of a refurbishment. The breakfast was underwhelming and understocked. We arrived about 2 hours into the breakfast service (I don't remember if the service was 3 or 4 hours long) and a lot of things were empty or gone and stayed that way the entire time we were down there. There were only three tables for people eating breakfast, so a couple had to share a table with my family. Lots of trash blowing around (admittedly, there was a storm the night before). The pool wasn't open for the season yet, but the pool area looked pretty rough as well. All in all, I probably won't stay there again. The staff was great, but the building itself is in pretty rough shape once you get beyond the newly renovated lobby that features in the photos.

I thought that staff was very nice. We stayed a week and was able to see the comings and goings of regular customers. We had one room where there were problems with key, so we were moved to another immediately. I was with my mom who need bottom floor due to age and they accommodated quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was attentive to our needs as necessary. About 7pm or so oil rig and other workers come into the motel, and it becomes louder and more drink beer. All were very nice and polite; however, I could say that it might through others off. It does have a Braum's in parking area which was a short walk.

. The room's were dirty. Drug deals going on in the parking lot. People doing crack in the walk ways.

I requested help from Expedia And got NONE! The hotel was not located in a safe area plus old layout with room doors open to busy street NOT safe for a older women traveling alone. Stayed at different hotel.
